1. WWC 2022 (Japan) AUDITIONS DUE MAY 31
WWC 2022 by the JWC is now accepting submissions of your audition recordings and videos from May 1 to May 31. Do not miss the window!
WWC 2022 is scheduled to take place in October 7-9 in Kawasaki, Japan (near Tokyo).

Akiko Shibata's Masterclass archive from March 26 is now available on our members website! The Masterclass was very insightful and we highly recommend it if you are interested in building your whistling career.

"I love cardinal birds, they have beautiful sounds and so I started mimicking these sounds to attract more to come, so that’s my unique sound for the cardinals, and that’s how I started whistling Over The Rainbow, that’s my favorite song to whistle, too! I whistle for fun versus competing, I have been in one Whistlers Guild Competition! I am still new with learning how to make different sounds in whistling so that’s what I’m hoping to learn from everyone who’s whistling!
I am doing this Whistlers Guild because I want to improve the mechanism in my abilities with another professional Whistler who matches my Cardinal sounds & create a variety whistling show! Instead of COMPETITION but having fun creating something new like: We Are The World or HEAL THE WORLD whistling & singing (those who can sing) variety show & that’s a great way to come together! It's an idea for now! Maybe with EVERYONE thinking about this one might be able to create something like this!
I believe in time when everyone understands what is going on in this world and once everyone is awakened, people will want to heal from this & that’s why I am planting seeds now for peace because, we will all come together in the end! The truth is always slow to learn about, but it will come out eventually and that’s where this one idea will make sense to everyone in this world! I don't have any doubts! Peace is coming soon! Let’s create it together now for all of us! Love is more important than who’s a better whistler, that’s my opinion!
