If you are an IWG Member, please skip Step 1 and move straight to Step 2 -- IWG Members get to participate in GWC IV for FREE!.
If you are not an IWG Member, please follow Step 1 and Step 2 below to complete your submission.
By completing the submission form, you are agreeing to the GWC IV Rules. Please also check the Frequently Asked Questions section to ensure your submission meets all the requirements.

Step 1: Payment
GWC IV is FREE for IWG Members! If you are a member, please log-in to the Members Only area to find the Order # for members.
If you are not an IWG Member, please follow the instructions below to pay for entering the event -- or consider becoming an IWG Member to get a discount.
(Click 'Tickets' --> Click 'Checkout' --> Fill out your information (use the same email address you will be signing up with) --> Click 'Place Order' --> Pay)
Once you have paid, you should see a 'Thank you' page with your Order #. This ten digit Order # is needed for the official submission form. Please keep this Order # saved. You can also find your Order # from the Eventbrite email confirmation that was sent after you've paid for your ticket.
- If you are not able to buy the ticket on Eventbrite, please contact IWG from the contact form for an alternative payment method with the subject line "Request for GWC IV payment details" (bank transfer using Western Union online). Please use this alternative method only if you cannot find a way to pay through Eventbrite.
- If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent to enter into the Global Whistling Championship IV.
- If you wish to become a Guild member and receive discount for GWC IV, please complete your membership fee payment by Thursday, January 15th 11:59PM Pacific Time (California time).
- Once we can confirm the the completion of your registration process, you can participate in GWC IV for free.
- Please note that the Guild member registration process may take 1-2 days if you face technical issues, or require financial support.
- We will not extend the GWC IV video submission deadline in case of delay in member registration process. Thank you for your understanding.
Step 2: Fill the Submission Form
Please take your time to read the Rules before your record, and once again before you submit. If you do not follow the rules, your submission may be disqualified. We will not accept any delayed entries (after January 15th 11:59PM Pacific Time)
By completing the submission form you are agreeing to the Global Whistling Championship IV Rules. Please also check the Frequently Asked Questions section. The IWG will not send your email to third-parties.
Fill out the submission form after you have completed Step 1 above and uploaded your video to YouTube or Dropbox following the instructions on the Rules page.
